I once reached customer support via chat on this app..and then it got lost?? I still don't get it. And you should let customers choose delivery options. Czech Post doesn't like foriegners so they don't deliver to them. They just change the status to 'customer chose to pick up'...not once, not twice..happens all the time. I'm not picking up..send my refund Edit: I'm reading reviews and I see I'm not alone with the customer service part..I'll go pick up items and delete this app then.

Unable to unsubscribe from the newsletter. Unsubscribing in the app doesn't do anything, same with the website. The unsubscribe link from the newsletters doesn't doesn't load/leads to an empty page saying "item moved, click here" and when you do click on it, it just loads another site with the same message/error. Getting spammed 3 times per day or more isn't fun.

Unreliable and no customer service: i made an order, whereby one item arrived with no label and body odour! I believe it was worn and then returned. Disgusting. I know I can return it for free, but wanted to signal to the customer service. No meaningful reaction. Apparently no meaningful control of returns. Ordering on your own risk of getting something that had been worn and then thrown back. Very disappointed
